Appointments should be made by telephone. The reception desk is open between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM week days. Consultations are strictly by appointment and it is regretted that casual callers cannot be seen.

A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given for a cancellation or the full session fee may be payable.
